Jake, Everyone must do what they feel they must.... but, this time, I don't think voting against the proposed changes is in the small guys favor. This is probably a moot point, since 'they' hold a vast majority of the shares and will vote for it. But I don't want 'them' to get a give-a-way by letting them get shares at $.16... they could sell at .32 and get a double... are you in a position to profit if the price gets to .32.... I'm not and that's what puts the kerosene in my jock about this one. I also think the shareholders need to read the SEC documents, when we can get them, to see what is going on. Perhaps folks who crossover to AOL and MF might want to pass on the request that the others read the 'devil in the details' before making decisions.. Ben A. Watching MSFT get the crap kicked out of it by the Justice Dept.. :-)
