Ian, I gather from your posts that P-GILD is complementary and not competing technology to Cymer's DUV photolithography. Moreover, I infer that the DUV excimer laser could be substituted as the illuminating source and thereby provide better resolution to the SI regions being doped. If my assumptions are correct I would expect that the potential $2B/yr-2000 market has not escaped Cymer's (IRD) attention. Are my assumptions correct? Tulvio
