In the key battleground states, the proportion of voters who favor such research is even higher than it is nationally.

A tough issue for the "right to life" proponents. The "gotcha" was that stem cells were life. If they hadn't taken this position, they would have been off the hook.

Palin gave the best answer they have. "Other cells can now be used for the same research."
