To all protesters about my comments on the importance of cost. I never said cost was not important. What I said was that relative to the potential benefits it was not important. There is a big difference. In addition, with the enormous pent up demand that we all agree on the issue of cost is further reduced. I really hope that I don't need to get into a discussion about supply and demand.
JMD, no offense taken. There is nothing wrong with a little humor to liven things up once in awhile.
