Thanks for the quick response. I am going to church now. I read the articles and will read them more intently tonight. Interest rate cut is an interesting thought.

I recall Japan's interest rates were near 0% for many years and people could get loans for almost no interest. If we go from 2% down to 1% we will have a similar situation.
