Just not 'gotcha' stuff, traps laid to catch a gaffe. How would the interviewer know that she didn't know what the Bush Doctrine was so as to set a trap? I think it reasonable to expect any candidate to know that. He didn't ask her what it was. He asked her opinion on it. He expected her to know. Perhaps he expected her to have an opinion on it that he could challenge, but he expected her to know what it was.
