I remember it, and I remember deciding at that moment that I didn't give a crap what ever happened to the Palestinians.

Cheering is one thing. Sure, there are probably people in Iraq now who cheered on 9/11. Some of them may well be in the government.

But Palin said our soldiers would be fighting the people who "planned and carried out" the attacks.
