Lets say we get the spike on the CPC and VIX that I am hoping for?

Will I be buying tech?

I would do that before investing in the financials but I still might buy some of the KBE (Financial ETF) if it falls low enough.

But there are no safe havens in a bear market. That does not mean there are not buying opportunities or that we aren't going to have a major market bottom. But is it coming soon?
