I don't know, Allen. You got your planners, your implementers, and your cheerers. Why not just kill them all? It's easiest for me to imagine her lumping all Arabs and Muslims together and stomping the lot of them with her mukluks. I don't see her as a person who values nuance. That's my own personal take. I think it's at least as likely as the "what if" alternative I offered earlier or the Saddam explanation. I can easily picture her wanting to "nuke Mecca."
