They're filing for Chapter 11 but I read somewhere that the law is much less lenient to financial firms than non-financial ones, so it probably means just a slower liquidation. Of course, what I read could be wrong. With this kind of stuff going on: reuters.com There won't be much going concern left. Glad I didn't open an account for my Mom with Neuberger-Berman. One of the managers I was considering recently.
