Europe is full of trouble with commerical real estate. The CMBX indexes are getting crushed. At the same time, RMBX indexes are going much better. AIG is the poster child of European real estate and they are getting liquidated before our very eyes. GE has alot of exposure there too. All of the big balance sheets are in serious trouble. I'm staying on the sidelines until AIG and GE situations get resolved.
