the federal government has blocked every plan California had to scale back energy consumption. The CAFE standards where the EPA is being sued are the latest.

And here they propose MORE DRILLING.

We'll pass on that, in the west.

I think the republicans are surprised that this drill baby drill message is ringing hollow in Colorado, because it worked last time. No more.
