What are you a f--king idiot? MIOA gave overseas investors 4.7
million shares. Overseas investors gave MIOA 1.5 million dollars.
Why is this so hard? .32 per share for overseas investor!!!
Look at your units in your equation. You have divided shares by dollars, so you have come up with 3.13 shares per dollar.
MIOA has given overseas investors 3.13 shares per dollar.
