I know what you mean. I was in Mexico last year at a street stand and one of the guys that work for us was sweating profusely while poring more and more hot sauce on his food. He told me he could not help it Mexicans just can't keep away from spicy food. The real fresh stuff is incredible and the best Italian restaurant I ever found was in a small mining town in the Sierra Madre del Sur of Mexico. Oreganos is not a Mexican restaurant.
