From Tour BK is a real concern... heck, Wave just had to do a financing that gave BK protection to the investors. But it seems like Wave could put off BK for a long time if they wanted to. They could reduce staff to the point where expenses are completely covered by the royalties coming in from Dell. They may have to buy their way out of some of the office leases and give out a few severance packages, but another financing and a sale of WXP for whatever it's worth might give them enough cash to do it. Then they can go hang out on the OTCBB and crow about how they finally made it to break-even. This assumes BK is undesired by them, of course.
