re Regulation....... regulation ,is for the most part a response to short term failings of the market place. expect to see much more regulation,to safeguard taxpayers interest, due to the current mess. regulations perhaps ought to be temporary.(sunset laws) however.people hate to give up a power gained. gov.is made up of people and gov.hates the idea of relinquishing power
