....So whoever takes your picture can send it anyplace they want???? And doctor it up any way they want???? Yikes! The convention with one-time reproduction rights is pretty much standard in the magazine business. And the author can resell the image over and over. However, what is done to an image of a public persona is "way above my pay grade". ;-) I would think the barristers on the thread would be more knowledgeable on that question than I.
