Don't know about details of first offering off hand. I do not think MIOA's share has already been discounted, but it sure is peculiar that MIOA stock has not been slammed yet. Same sort of thing happened in May-though they just settled with offshore investors, people thought the stock would fly from their first quarter ever having a profit. It didn't and the stock has been reeling ever since. I believe that most big investors were aware that MIOA would settle-Morrell told me that he would settle for just about any stock level just to get them the hell out! Well, he sure came through on that promise. Perhaps there is hope that with the manipulators "gone", there is hope. There is, but I will not buy now. Management can finally focus on trying to grow. It is extremely unfortunate that they have had to fight this so long with such great expense(mentally, physically, financially) They have given up a ton of shares to rid themselves of these people. Who knows-you may be right Pope. Good luck with it... Sorry, Mike, you pushed my last nerve on that topic and I reacted. How long have you been into UCSI? Miller
