I like your new sight. I've been looking to add to POL & ICOC if the price is right. IMO- both should be a beneficiaries of a declining oil price. ICOC just issued a stock repurchase program. Pol is leveraged, but sold assets to OXY last year that helped improved their situation. Pol insiders have also been buying steady for some time now. Pol also has a repurchase program in place.
