that was back in the days when all real estate was local...

we've had a credit bubble that fueled the over-development nationwide (with some areas obviously much worse than others)

i have a couple of associates that have some commercial property on the market right now and cannot even catch a bid...i wrote the other day, that my friend who was in commercial RE *sales* has had to throw in the towel and look for another job....where i live the commercial building is JUST NOW hitting it's peak....

it's going to be ugly when all the excess supply comes to completion
