Sounds like Bush's 'adjustments' line.

The economic growth of the last eight years has been fueled by the housing bubble. Now just as a market segment, but as a means for consumers to stimulate the economy. Problem is, that money is now gone - it was phoney to begin with - and it is time to pay the piper.

Anyone who says that these are 'normal market adjustments' is at odds with the architect of this mess - Greenspan, who said this was the worst financial crisis since the Depression...
