As Thomas Jefferson wrote, "All men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights." He didn't say, "All Americans," he said all men.

I don't understand thinking that the lives of people who happen to have been born in other countries are somehow not as important as our own.

I watched the video. I kept thinking the fact that the nutcase in the restaurant had a gun, and the fact the the speaker might have had a gone sort of balanced each other out, in terms of the net effect of gun laws on what happened that day.
