I did have NCTI; when it 'stalled' I sold what I had left to buy some CCEE (both around the same price at the time). I thought CCEE would be a better short-term play and planned to get back into NCTI. I still probably will, if it dips and doesn't just take off. But with the number of shares out on that issue and no solid revenue deals (just a bunch of their traditional 'licensing agreements' and 'cross-licensing agreements'!), I'm not sure if that balloon will hold air. Not without solid numbers to back it up. And they haven't come through in that dept., historically.

Regarding your advice, what the %#&%%^ is 'CADE'??? $^)
