VINTER, I wouldn't waste your time with American Spirit. He deals in half-truths and never admits to an error. He wouldn't recognize a fact that is at odds with his "beliefs" if it smacked him in the ass. Petraeus did not resign, he was promoted. As Commander of the United States Central Command, Petraeus still has overall responsibility for Iraq. en.wikipedia.org American Spirit just returned from a two month suspension for threatening SI members with death. Apparently, he did not use that time to attend anger management classes. You may recall that when he was pimping John Edwards on this thread he openly suggested that it might not be a bad thing for Edwards to stay in the race in the even that Obama was assassinated.
