if you complain about tight money you must want loose money

1 - No that doesn't logically follow.

2 - I wasn't complaining about an actual policy. I was saying that it would have been possible to prevent this particular problem with tighter regulation, and very tight money, but how that would have probably caused more harm than gain.

3 - You should probably avoid trying to read in to my statements. Your bad at it, and in any case my statements are generally specific and literal, and if not it will usually be very clear that they are not.
