just picking on yah.. i put down seed, will throw down some fert for new grass and try to water a little. but otherwise its on it own.. it's over throw not new lawn. but i looked out ten days and no rain, next is leaves dropping like crazy and hardly great for grass seed to grow with leaves covering it. they the cycle rake up leaves and seed with it the leaves. gg

so see what happens in spring.. can always throw more down then.
