OK, trading the plan. Closed out all of my SDS position (started Nov 2007 with multipe adds since). Sold it during the last 10 mins of trading, average 77.72.

I'm pretty sure I've left a fair amount on the table based on valuations and economic conditions, but one thing I learned from the 2001 experience is to quit while you're ahead.
