Interestingly enough, CVBF, PACW and PCBC have been relatively immune from the general market conditions (which is surprising given that quality companies with excellent financials are getting pounded).

Any idea why PCBC is such a tough borrow when PACW and CVBF are borrowable? Is PCBC on the list of banking stocks that can't be shorted?
