I guess if they had a bunch of MKII's sitting around they would rather allow their partners to sell them than just lie around. I don't know how many them have made but I'm sure the first 100 or more (wild guess) would wind up in potential OEM testbeds, their own test beds and for evaluation by misundry potential customers and evaluators.

They probably are making darn sure there are no bugs before they start mass production. If a potential OEM or customer did find a problem the last thing Ancor would want would be to have to write off 16,000 ports... They are doing the right thing IMO, conservative is good.

I reclaimed some more trading shares today (Yes C.C. I panic sold some when it broke support at 9) I am hopeful that this decline has lost its steam and that a RALLY is coming within 11 trading days. So far, Merrill doesn't seem to want to attack the bid when it falls below 7 1/2 (KOW <g>).
