The IPO process determines how many shares are in the market. Stock issuance is governed by Law. These laws are being broken every hour of every day. Excuses like the speed of transactions.....rationalizations, to facilitate slight of hand.

Cure, slow it down, and do it right.

broker dealers primary income is in deriving fees while breaking the law. Class Actions against systemic largesses cant be protected by agencies supported by a congress sporting a less than 10 % approval rating.

Supply and Demand not contrivance should govern stock prices. We know damn well that the SEC has been fronting for the trade against investors.

This is their last chance to Reform themselves.

This will all be made clear to everyone soon enough. if you are breaking the laws governing stock issuance by participating in expansion of floats by fiat.....your guilty and busted all at once.
