Bolton stood up for US at the UN. Somebody has to; otherwise, the UN is out of control and dangerous. The only one in the current administration who is still likely to agree with that assessment is Cheney. Bush has been quoted in several places, quite publicly, dissing Bolton. And no spokesperson has come forward to disown or reinterpret those comments.
