It depends on the way you look at it. Now the sock is in a quiet period. Nothing good, but nothing bad either. ORCL stood very well on Friday. Resting at the bottom. You have a perfect chance to buy more now. Some people wait to see what happens, then rush to buy when the stock is rocketing. Buy now.
