i am sure each side dumps the bum of the week. "Did dick break the law" I am still not sure that raines broke the law. You should send me a link that says that. Fines happen all the time. Did Dick Grasso break the law by taking all that money from the NYSE? Spitzer thought so. Dick Fuld is more guilty of being an idiot and so is raines.
