I agree with that statement....being neither for McCain or Obama, I consider myself to be neutral in this race, but from my observations from many different sources that I observe everyday....

I think McCain will win this election, even though, in my opinion, Obama has it all over him on the issues...and he will win primarily for two reasons...

1) voters are afraid of all the social spending the Democrats traditionally are known for, and the higher taxes that would eventually result....and
2) the over-riding decisive reason is both racial and religious prejudice...Obama's not white ["he's not white"...I've already heard it multiple times from white Republicans, and even some Democrats] and his name smacks of Islamic roots...also sounds too much like Osama...

I will vote 3rd party, since I'm a Ron Paul backer, and he's not running....I can't countenance either of the "mainstream"
candidates...
