<Is this overkill? I think so> Hell No. Disclose it all in full view. No more illegal naked shorting. Seriously enforce it this time. Make the tape indicate a short sale is a short sale when it crosses. Tally it all up daily. Full disclosure. I want to know if 90% of the volume on a stock I own is generated thru short sales. Its my investment, I should have the right to know who is working against it, and how much capital they are using daily to ensure it falls in price.
