This I could easily agree with. Any Fail to Deliver is met with an immediate, no notice, no exception, compulsory buy in at market. This is extreme, would affect prices of many types of derivatives, but should eliminate the naked short selling abuse immediately. ... except for those that are willing to risk a very long time in jail
