Bill/Jerry:

Here are the names of two lawyers who can help Corel shareholders sue Michael Cowpland for selling his own shares to us ahead of a sharp decline in their value.

1) Richard Greenfield, Ardmore Pa. a plaintiffs' attorney against companies in class
action securities suites

2) Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach, a plaintiffs' firm in securities suites in Calif.

I am sure there are many others that could be found by searching for "strike suit" in the Lexis/Nexis database or another one.

As you know, it is a violation of the fiduciary duties of corporate officers to shareholders, if the officers fail to disclose relevant information and sell their shares just before a big price decline.

Corel shares dropped because of weak sales during the third quarter. Is it possible that a CEO does not know half way through a quarter that sales are weak, and that these results will cause share prices to plummet?

FOCUS IN THE LAWSUIT!!!
