Gottfried, Yes, since we never knew(and probably never will or have a way to find out) the starting backlog, we can only track the data SEMI puts out on a monthly basis. So when we track "backlog" it is only a backlog change, over a selected period of time. By the way, I checked with SEMI a long, long time ago about how they treated "cancellations" in orders. They replied back that they do adjust Bookings for contract cancellations. Don
