Scott: If things have not changed it is two weeks prior and post earning or any other "significant" announcement. With all the pre earning warnings companies issue nowaday, insiders probably cannot sell or buy at all. <VBG> Zeev PS, I have not the slightest what happened today. I got in Friday on the genral panic at 44, (and it went from 49.5 to 43), so the range today (47.5 t0 40) is almost par for this stock. I sure would prefer the volatility on the upside, but that is the game. I see no reason to doubt at least 60 cents for the quarterly (I know many here think the 70' are more likely), and if they get this, I think the stock seems to be a good vaklue around here.
