Sam, As an outsider looking in, it seems to me what Wall Street needs is not more regulation but an epiphany. A systems specialist needs to sit the big boys down and explain that profits are the 'effect' of a successful business and not the 'cause'. But it might be too much to wish for. I don't see how we can get 'em to stop chasing pure numbers BB
