Isnt this comment precious; "No additional short position shall be allowed on any particular security or derivative in which a journal entry exists or a current fail is open until that position is either bought in by the party involved or by the deadline of the fail period noted" The trade has stolen Billions of dollars in Market cap using Journal entries. Completely illegal use of shares........derived to status of journal entries. Public will slowly begin to understand the rape, they've been subjected to by these elitist thugs......make no mistake, the picture painted right here is the right one.
