Been following the Q for about five years, been in and out over the years, I, too, couldn't resist the 7/16 and jumped back in today, and witnessed it drop to 13/32 - sorry everyone!

In looking at transactions on Internet Trader, very few trades at 13/32, by far the majority were at 7/16. My guess is the MM's are playing games.
