Extend Expiry Date Share Purchase Warrants
MILL CITY GOLD MINING CORP. ("MIY")
- Extend Expiry Date - Share Purchase Warrants
The Vancouver Stock Exchange has consented to the extension to the expiry date of the following
warrants:
1. 5,000,000 share purchase warrants exercisable at $0.20 to November 30, 1997 are now
exercisable to November 30, 1998. These warrants are pursuant to a private placement of
5,000,000 shares at $0.15, which was accepted for filing January 16, 1996.
2. 500,000 share purchase warrants exercisable at $0.45 to October 15, 1997 are now exercisable
to October 15, 1998. These warrants are pursuant to a private placement of 1,000,000 flow
through shares at $0.35, which was accepted for filing April 15, 1997.
