Several billion of the fund is not in the principle (which can never be touched without 3/4's of the legislatrue, i.e. there are two other accounts. The undistributed income account, which is not in the principle and which the government has been borrowing from for years to the tune of 5 billion.

Alaska made so much money this year they paid it all back this year. And there is one other account with a few billion in it I beleive. So you have to add those two accounts to the principle.

I think we took in about 16 billion this year.

I think this is right-lol?
