There has been no example in my lifetime of spending like this. DEMOCRATS have become more fiscally responsible over the years. DEMOCRATS would have NEVER created that Drug entitlement, no way!

You sound like that bozo on here who was blaming FDR for the current budget deficit! FDR! LOLOL. FDR has been dead for ages. Tip Oneill is also dead I think. Carter is long gone.

Dems today like Howard Dean for example actually BALANCE budgets. But even if they didn't, they would still be better than Bush and this team of money wasters. Ever looked at the deficit that ALASKA maintains? How much was that bridge to nowhere again?

When republicans get voted out in novemnber, can we rollback that medicare drug entitlement ? (serious question). People my age are TOTALLY SCREWED by this gang of losers. In the next decade I am going to be taxed for every cent I earn to pay Merck and Phizer so that some old person can get their 30K/month drug fix. Incredible.
