you are embarrassing yourself.

Alaska runs an OPERATING DEFICIT. Then they have a tax on oil that is bounded by this thing called an ELF economic limit factor that causes them to run a surplus. Without the oil, they would be a deficit laden state just like countless others, except they only have 300K workers in the entire population.

Alaska is a poorly managed state of few people and much corruption.
