I think the bailout is no different than WMD scam in Iraq. Another crisis, whip everyone into a frenzy, get congress to pass several pieces of legislation quickly with limited discussion (tax rebate sure did help - not), and now congress needs to decide on spending trillions this weekend. I think it is an absolute scam. But the public shows every sign of wanting to get duped again.
