I share your views on this subject, naturally, although not necessarily at the same level of intensity ;)

I'd written a longer response, but decided to postpone elaborating over it until I'm in a more coherent state of mind (it's coming up on 3AM here). I began to describe a multi-domain scenario, i.e., a number of open commons regions of frequency spectrum (below 2.5GHz) operating independently from commercial "public service nets", but my ability to articulate those thoughts at this time isn't there. Perhaps later. Thanks for the reply.
