I do remember the beginning of THE bull market in August 1982, and the number of smart people who were left at the bus stop waiting for the inevitable pull back to come back to them.

Yes, I remember at that time the DOW had dipped to 777 and saying "it's going lower".
Couldn't bring myself to buy....much like now.
