Clinton, you are welcome about the white Monday but don't even ask what could happen on Wednesday.

I think Msft might fight this. They are putting their browser in as a software. So I am not so sure how the DOJ could say in a case like this: You are not allowed to do this. All is fair in war and business. Is that the saying? gg. Anyhow, if they give in it will hurt the bottom line IMO. I don't know, 1 mill. a day could be ok but I don't think the DOJ would stop there if they did this. Uh, but that's another suit Msft has to battle if they fight it. Sunw comes to mind.

I talked about Amat's scenario yesterday. Was it you that said this buying opportunity may never come again? Sometimes it does come again. gg. Anyhow, Amat was down again in a good market like this. I think there is time. This sector is down right now, deserved or not, but why step in front of a running train when you don't have to. Intc is different. gg. Wait until it settles. I think Ralph Accapuro - I am never sure of his spelling - was the same opinion today. He said there were too many good buys in good sectors right now. We might both be wrong. I remember AMAT so well, so I am double cautious. gg. I will be the first one to jump in when I see it turn around.

Sonny
